In999 may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification. Failure to verify may result in account suspension.

• In999 employees and officers, along with their immediate family members, are not permitted to place bets on this platform.

In999 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• You must only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party may be cancelled.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.

• Daily Cashback: A cashback of a set percentage is available on daily net losses.
• Referral Bonus: Both parties receive a bonus when you refer a friend, but the referral bonus applies only after the referred friend makes their first deposit.

General Terms Applicable to All Bonuses:

• The same promotion cannot be used more than once by the same person.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to meet the wagering requirements of another bonus.
• In999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended and the bonus will be cancelled.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

• In999's decisions are final and binding.

Special rules apply to live betting. Odds change rapidly during live events and there may be delays in bet acceptance in some cases. This is due to technical reasons, and in999 is not liable for any losses arising from such delays.

In999 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We want every user on our platform to have a safe and enjoyable experience — free from any harm.

• Users can set deposit limits directly from within their own account.
• Users can temporarily disable their account for a set period using the self-exclusion option.
• A cooling-off period can be arranged by contacting support.

In999 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following situations:

• Providing false or incomplete information.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any pending withdrawals will be processed and the bonus balance will be forfeited.
